The Company has adopted the standard manufacturing process for producing POY/PFY. The process mainly consists of polycondensation, melt distribution and POY spinning stages.

PTA and MEG slurry is continuously fed to esterification reactors and then to polycondensation reactors. The resulting high molecular weight polyester is continuously removed from polycondensation stage and filtered. The filtered polyester melt stream is then taken for chips production and/or melt distribution system for direct spinning from where POY on bobbins is obtained.

POY is further processed by the thermo-mechanical process i.e. texturising to impart certain properties to the yarn. The texturised yarn could be dyed to desired shades in dyeing machines.

The final products i.e. POY/PFY/Chips/Dyed yarns are inspected before packing and despatch.
